Activities Day 1

Morning

  Depart Entebbe by air, soaring north over the Great Rift Valley for a scenic flight to Murchison Falls. This journey offers a spectacular bird's-eye view of Uganda’s changing landscapes, from the shores of Lake Victoria to the meandering Victoria Nile.

   

  You will land at the Pakuba Airstrip in the heart of the national park, bypassing the long road journey. From the moment you touch down, you are immersed in the wild—don't be surprised if you spot Giraffes or Elephants near the runway as you transfer to your lodge.

Afternoon

• 
  Set out across the northern bank of the Nile for an afternoon game drive through one of East Africa's most photogenic landscapes. The iconic Borassus palm savannah provides a stunning backdrop as we traverse the Buligi tracks in search of large herds of Rothschild’s Giraffes, Elephants, and Cape Buffalo.

   

  As the afternoon light softens into the 'Golden Hour,' the savannah turns a deep amber—perfect for photography. We keep a sharp lookout for Lions and Leopards beginning their evening hunt, before concluding the drive with a classic safari tradition: a 'sundowner' drink in the bush as the sun dips below the horizon.

Activities Day 2

Afternoon

  Witness the most powerful natural surge of water on the planet. We drive (or hike) to the famous 'Top of the Falls,' where the entire River Nile forces its way through a rock gap only 7 meters (23 feet) wide before crashing 43 meters down.

   

  Standing at the edge, you can feel the ground tremble beneath your feet from the sheer force of the water. It is a sensory experience—the roar, the spray, and the permanent rainbow—that captures the raw power of nature like nowhere else.

  Conclude your expedition with a scenic finale. Instead of the long journey by road, board a scheduled flight from the heart of Murchison Falls directly to Entebbe.

   

  As you soar over the meandering Victoria Nile and the vast savannahs you just explored, you gain a breathtaking aerial perspective of the park's sheer scale. In just one hour, you will touch down at Entebbe International Airport—refreshed, relaxed, and ready for your onward journey, carrying the spirit of the wild with you.
